Close friends of mine went to the hospital on Halloween and brought home baby girl Stevie. She has the fullest head of hair I’ve ever seen is full of adorable rolls in all the right places. The cats are definitely curious about Stevie and show loving gestures, so I’m sure she’s going to grow up a cat lover like her mom and dad. Normally when I spend time with these friends, the cats are always hiding and independent, but they are super interested in their newest family addition. I always shoot throughout in-between moments during newborn sessions and hope I surprise families when they see the images I create. Sometimes I wonder if people think that what I’m photographing is strange, and are reminded when they see their gallery – “Oh, that’s what she was doing!” I kind of hope so!
